September 13, 2000 Boulder, Colorado, USA - SkyeTek LLC has formed to provide the world with innovative RFID design solutions, products and applications. Focused exclusively on RFID technology, SkyeTek will initially provide electroinc design, custom software, systems integration and RFID consulting services to emerging RFID markets worldwide. SkyeTek founder and RFID pioneer Sean Loving says "RFID is gaining lots of momentum now that several enabling technologies are in high volume production, as well as the ISO standards that are now in place. And Boulder is a longtime hot-bed for RFID development. This is the right place at the right time for this kind of RFID company". Mr. Loving began his RFID career in1994 at Boulder startup ID Technologies and continued his work at Motorola Indala. Now Mr. Loving has formed a team of designers, product developers, and RFID industry experts to provide what SkyeTek calls RFID Engineering.
